Flores Announces Women’s National Team Line-Up to Face Nomads

AYLESBURY, England – U.S. Women’s National Team Coach Kathy Flores has named the final squad set to meet the Nomads in the first match of the 2007 First Sports International England Tour on Saturday, December 8 at the Royal Air Force (RAF) Halton field.

 

“We’re excited about the squad we’ve selected,” Coach Flores said. “Despite our youth and inexperience, we feel this match with the Nomads will provide us with the type of pressure we need to develop these young players.”

 

The U.S. starting lineup includes:

The match against the Nomads gets underway at 11 a.m. GMT. The Women’s National Team meets England A on Wednesday, December 12 at 7 p.m. GMT and wraps up its tour against England on December 15 at 2:30 p.m. GMT; both matches will be played at London Irish ARFC, Sunbury.
