Flores Names Squad Set to Face England Women
 

AYLESBURY, UK – USA Women’s National Team Coach Kathy Flores announced today the squad set to play England in the final match of the team’s First Sports International England Tour on Saturday, December 15.

 

The match, to be played at London Irish ARFC, Sunbury at 2:30 p.m. GMT will be webcast at www.247.tv.  

 

The U.S. starting lineup includes: 1. Farrah Douglas (Chicago North Shore), 2. Lisa Butts (Berkeley All-Blues), 3. Jamie Burke (Berkeley All-Blues), 4. Shaina Turley (San Diego Surfers), 5. Stacey Baker (Philadelphia), 6. Liz Dilley (Washington), 7. Beckett Royce (Oregon Sports Union), 8. Blair Groefsema (Berkeley All-Blues), 9. Kim Magrini (Keystone Rugby Club), 10. Jossy Tseng (Stanford University), 11. Nathalie Marchino (Berkeley All-Blues), 12. Mel Kanuk (Maryland Stingers), 13. San Juanita Moreno (Oregon Sports Union), 14. Vanesha, McGee (Philadelphia), 15. Ashley English (Berkeley All-Blues).

The USA Women last met England during pool play at the IRB Women’s Rugby World Cup 2006 in Canada. At the conclusion of the aggressive match, England came out on top 18-0.
