The USA Women's U-20 National Team (formerly known as the U-19 National Team) has a mission to develop international caliber rugby players in the interest of growing girls and womens rugby at the youth and collegiate level while building depth to ensure continued success in World Cup Competition. The purpose of the U-20 Women's National Team is to increase international play and exposure to the youth level and encouraging continued interest at the collegiate level by increasing the skills to excel at the sport, provide another avenue to increase support for NCAA competition, and build depth of the sport to assure continued growth at the youth level.
